【About Micro Colony Method】 It is method to count the amount of alive and increasing bacteria, and micro colony to be detected is stained fluorescent dye.
In comparison with conventional of usual count, culture is done in a same manner but culture time required is very shorter.
Because of fine micro colony cultured, separation from foreign substances during observation and counting is possible.
